Setup

Three steps to get started

Choose a plan, create your organization and add the first developer whose activity you want to track. Then confirm your trial.

Your login and your tracked developer are separate. Add yourself to track your own activity.
A payment card is required. After the 7-day trial, your subscription renews automatically at the selected rate unless you cancel before the trial ends. The amount and date are shown before confirmation.
The trial includes the features of the plan you select. Each active developer occupies a billable seat.

Open Organization → AI telemetry. Choose Claude Code, Codex or Cowork and follow the configuration, verification and assignment steps.

Claude Code and Codex: configure the tool locally. Cowork: a Claude Team or Enterprise administrator configures the organization export.
Run a short test, verify its reception timestamp and associate the received identity with your developer.
Usage totals appear after periodic processing. No Git repository or application instrumentation is required for this step.

These optional sources extend what you can see in Radianz. They are not prerequisites for AI tracking.

On Team, connect Azure DevOps, GitHub or Bitbucket. Check synchronization, then associate commit authors with developers.
For Error Inbox, add an application and follow its logging integration guide. Review any additional permissions before enabling optional automation.
